Order Processing

 

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order.  Please NOTE: Any orders placed online on weekends will be processed during next business day.  Also any order placed online after 7pmCST will get processed the next business day.  Once your info is processed please allow 2-3  days to receive tracking number for your order.  Keep in mind any inch over 30 has a longer processing time than regular bundles 12-30 inches. Total processing and shipping can take 3 to 7  business days not including weekends. Please do not calculate the weekends in your processing time from the date you ordered.  All tracking information will be updated through email. Please make sure all shipping and card information match. Our system is very sensitive to information and will decline your purchase at any sign of fraudulent or suspicious activity.

Order Duplication

At the end of the order you have doubts as to please allow your screen to process the order completely.

Do not hit the back button. If you think your order has not gone through, Please contact us do not re order.

Duplicate orders are an inconvenience to both of us.

If we can save you the time of the refunding process that is  more preferable for us.

Additions

 

We do not accept order additions. You must place a new order. We may be able to ship your orders together, but can't guarantee it.

PayPal orders/ Checks

 

We cannot process PayPal orders until PayPal disburses the funds to us. E-checks processed through PayPal take usually take 4 to 7 business days to clear and your order will not be processed until that time. Any E-Checks used will have to clear before processing order.

Preferred methods of payment are Visa/Mc/Amex/Discover/PayPal

Return Policy/Cancellation

 

No cancellations/Exchanges once order has been placed.  If you want to add to your order you will need to place another order.  Once an order has been placed it is final.  For cancelled orders we issue store credit only. Credits are issued after the processing period. 

Hair may be returned for store credit if proper steps are followed.

  1. Complaint must be filed thru contact us form within 48 hours of receiving hair.

  2. Pictures must be submitted to lthbcustsvc@gmail.com

  3. Bundles must be returned free from color or any other chemical, uncut and full weight. All bundles are thoroughly inspected  and weighed before shipping so we know all of our hair.

we will then contact you to resolve the problem further.

Damages:



FEDEX/UPS/DHL/POSTAL damages are to be reported to us and to the delivering agency within 48 hours of your receipt of package. Please do not accept delivery of packages which are visibly damaged. Take pictures and send with carrier upon receiving damage package slip and sending all info to lthbcustsvc@gmail.com No reports will be accepted after 48 hours.
